D-38 talks about budget cuts

“The budget cuts over the last few years have no doubt had a great impact on the district. Borman said D-38 is in its fourth year of pay freezes, training budgets have been cut dramatically, the number of instructional coaches have been decreased, and there has been a reduction of teachers and an increase in class sizes by two to three students per class.”
