Key Findings of Lewis Palmer School District Telephone Survey conducted April 1-3, 2013.

September 23, 2013

Legislation and Education

One finding of the survey is quoted here:”While some voters clearly understand the dynamics at work, more citizens without students in school need to become a part of this process and hopefully become advocates for the effort. Therefore, 2014 is far more realistic for this measure to be placed on the ballot.”  Other findings may be found in the attached report.

“The survey was completed April 1-3, 2013 among 250 voters likely to participate in a November 2013 election. The sample has a margin of error of + 6.20%, and is proportionate throughout the district and representative of the likely voter pool.”

We could not find this survey on the D38 web page.  However, when asked for a copy, it was emailed to us.  We then requested a copy of the billing invoice thru the Colorado Open Records Act and found that D38 paid $14000.00 for this survey.

We have attached that copy here for those who are interested in what the survey found.
